As a Shamanic Practitioner I help you connect with the invisible, magical nature of what goes on inside of you to bring it into physical reality on the outside. New life and new ideas are born.

Some of the spiritual and shamanic techniques are:-

• A mandala for your life and your business to identify where you are now and what you need to be aware of over the next year
• Soul retrieval/calling. We give away parts of our soul and essence during our life and this is a shamanic healing process to bring those parts back and make you whole again
• Journey to the lower shamanic world and meet your guides and power animal. What forces really guide and nudge you?
• Journey to the upper world and meet your spiritual guide and mentor. What questions do you have for him/her? What gifts will they give you?
• Understand the mind/body connection and how the Law of Attraction really works
• Soul Journey - discover what you really want to do in life and realise your passion. What stops you?
• How the numbers in your Numerology profile can give you clues to your challenges and opportunities at this stage of your life
