Crystal Healing
Crystal Healing is a gentle, non intrusive healing technique that enables positive changes, balance and healing.
Crystals have been used for centuries to heal and bring balance and they work through resonance and vibration. When we are unwell or dis-eased our bodies go out of balance and lose their natural rhythm and we instinctively know that something isn’t working, and we feel “out of sorts”. This is where Crystal Healing comes in.
Ancient healers knew that some crystals are energising or calming, some can work with an overactive energy centre/organ in your body, others can stimulate one that is underactive or sluggish.
Crystals are used in modern medicine as they are piezoelectric which means electricity and sometimes light is produced by compression, Crystal Healing used by Shamans focused sound and light vibrations into a concentrated ray which was then used to heal their client.
Crystal Healing can be used with other therapies, for example, Reiki and Chakra balancing. The crystals work with the body’s energy system and help to bring balance to emotional, mental and spiritual levels as well as the physical.
The effects of Crystal Healing vary from person to person; some effects are more subtle and others more direct and focused. Each session lasts for an hour and is relaxing and excellent for handling stress and getting balance and calm. It is a time for you to relax and let the Crystal Healing work for you.
As part of my Holistic Coaching practice, I offer Crystal Healing sessions. The first session lasts for 1 1/2 hours to enable me to understand your reason for wanting Crystal Healing, and subsequent sessions are 1 hour.

- Initial session (1 1/2 hours) £75
- Subsequent sessions (1 hour) £50
